100% Gamay The village of Saint-Amour it self is located between Saint-Véran and Juliénas. This is a small appellation in terms of size: 280 hectares. Winemaker's comments / gastronomy Saint-Amour is a delicate wine with nice red fruits aromas and more particularly raspberries. It is soft and silky. It can be drunk slightly chilled and will match all sorts of typical Beaujolais dishes such as andouillettes but also any fresh and light food more generally. Saint-Amour is very pleasant and fresh when it is young but can of course be stored 3 years and more depending on the vintage and the storage conditions.
