A refreshing champagne The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2006 is a single varietal Chardonnay champagne from Grands Crus vineyards in Champagne. The 63% from the Côte des Blancs and 37% from the north side of the Montagne de Reims. It has a beautiful pale green-yellow colour with light and subtle silvery highlights. This Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2006 has fresh fruit aromas that combine floral notes, citrus, stone fruit, ripe white fruit, linden, lily-of-the-valley, and subtle green spicy notes. The palate is fresh and delicate with toasty, brioche flavours. A soft, elegant, light, sweet champagne with a pleasant finish. The citrus notes gives it a silky and refreshing acidity.
