This whisky is part of the Soleo collection, a series paying homage to the ageing process used on some sherry grapes. Each whisky in the series has a different colour label, each reflecting a different stage of the grapes' maturation. Nose Vanilla, shortbread, hint of citrus. Palate Sweet, lemon peel, light malt.
